Use Only One Mixing Base to transform and control eyeshadow textures and finishes and make them long-lasting and water-resistant. Mix it with your favorite Stardust Eye Shadow Loose Powder or Seta Eye Shadow Pressed Powder and transform them into colorful eyeliner.
