  DESCRIPTION:

  A long lasting yet creamy and soft lip pencil that is lightweight yet densely pigmented. This water-resistant formula has nourishing properties and is soft enough to be used as a liner and a lipstick. Line and ‘fill in’ lips with KISSPROOF LIP COLOUR, to overcoat leave colour to seal 30 seconds before finishing with a lip gloss or lipstick.
