  DESCRIPTION:

  Brilliant and sensual, lighten up your eyes with an iridescence.
  STARDUST is a highly concentrated, luminous, loose pigmented powder that creates a seductive glitter when pressed around the eye area.

  HOW TO USE:

  Press onto eye area with a brush and blend on upper eyelid. Can also be used on top of cheek bones just under eyebrows. Mix colors for special effects.
