  DESCRIPTION:

  The LIQUID EYELINER PEN is a versatile make up tool designed to subtly enhance or create bold lines in an easy to hold pen.
  Formulated with concentrated Black pigments, it provides a long-lasting yet gentle eye make up with a matte finish.
  Liquid Eyeliner is a fool-proof way to achieve eyeliner precision that is also quick drying.

  HOW TO USE:

  For a look that is sensual and ‘oriental’: elongate the outside corner of the eye with Liquid Eyeliner. With a firm but delicate hand, place the tip of LIQUID EYELINER on the center of the upper lash line, and sweep towards the outer corner of the eye. This will subtly enhance the outline of the lashes.
